Employers' Handbook

This Handbook has been developed to give a comprehensive overview about the relevant provisions of the Nepalese Labour Law.This book is a reference for employers to understand their rights and responsibilities under the Nepalese Labour Law. The Handbook provides labour law provisions in an understandable manner, provides practical advice how to implement regulations and is reflecting best  practice to use it for the best operational advantage.

The Handbook is available for NRs 300 in English an Nepali and can be picked up at FNCCI Employers' Council.
