Sharing of Findings of Baseline Survey on Human Resources

The Baseline Survey on “HR Needs and Practices in Nepalese Enterprises” has been carried out to find out how Nepalese enterprises view and practice Human Resources. This survey was led by Sateesh Kumar Ojha, Ph.D (Professor Tribhuvan University). And the workshop was held in 3rd March 2017 at Hotel Summit, Kupondol Height, Lalitpur Nepal.

The objectives of the workshop were to share the findings of the survey and to find out the way forward in respect of Human Resources Management.

The findings on “HR Needs and Practices in Nepalese Enterprises” were presented by the  Survey Consultant Sateesh Kumar Ojha, Ph.D.

Participants from Human Resources Society of Nepal (HRSN) and other different enterprises were participated in the workshop. All together there were 32 participants among them 9 were female. The workshop was organized by FNCCI with the technical support of ILO Office Nepal.
