Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI)

A half day workshop "Introduction to Coaching Principle- How to Improve Leadership skills, Boost Performance and Empower Teams through Coaching" programm was organized on 24 August 2016, Friday by FNCCI-Employers’ Council for HR managers/Officers of member companies and non-member companies as well. Mr. Bertrand Beauregard Founder and Director of the International Institute of Human Coaching (IICH) was the trainer of the program. Including 10 females, 35 participants from 23 different companies were actively participated. The objective of the program was understood the principles of coaching and its positive impact on the business.
