Workshop for Employers' on Disciplinary Procedure

The above mentioned workshop program m was organized on o1 July 2016,Friday by FNCCI-Employers’ Council for HR managers/Officers of member companies. Mr. Binay Regmi, (Consultant) and Mr. Ravindra Peiris, who is currently working as a Specialist on Employers' Activities, ILO Regional Office Delhi, were the resource person of the program.  Including 3 females, 13 participants from 11 different enterprises actively participated. The objective of the program was to review and discuss the existing practices, the shortcomings of the Disciplinary Procedures and other practical difficulties as well as to obtain the ideas, suggestions and information for the preparation of the Manual (Disciplinary Procedures)
