Training on Human Resource Management in Biratnagar/Bhairahawa

  FNCCI-Employers' Council, Training Unit in cooperation with ILO Office Nepal organized  training workshops on "Human Resources Management-Emerging Concepts and Best Practices "  and “ Human Resource Management- Basis for business” for human resource managers/officers and managers of other departments on 2^nd and 3^rd November in Biratnagar and on 10^th and 11^th November 2014 in Butwal. This program was opened for both members of FNCCI and non-members as well. Altogether there were 36 participants including 7 females in Biratnagar workshop while 25 participants including 5 females Bhairahawa from different organizations. The learning objectives of the training workshop were to understand the;

• Transformation of HRM
• Functions / Spectrum of HRM
• Transactional HRM
• Importance of HR planning
• Emerging concepts and best practices of HRM
• Performance Management
• Employee Relations and its implication

Mr. Ishwar Kumar Karki and Mr. Amit Sharma/Mr. Bikash Acharya were the trainers of the program.
