Training on Human Resource Management in Biratnagar/Bhairahawa

  FNCCI-Employers' Council, Training Unit in cooperation with ILO Office Nepal organized  training workshops on "Human Resources Management-Emerging Concepts and Best Practices "  and “ Human Resource Management- Basis for business” for human resource managers/officers and managers of other departments on 2nd and 3rd November in Biratnagar and on 10th and 11th November 2014 in Butwal. This program was opened for both members of FNCCI and non-members as well. Altogether there were 36 participants including 7 females in Biratnagar workshop while 25 participants including 5 females Bhairahawa from different organizations. The learning objectives of the training workshop were to understand the;

 

  • Fundamentals of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management (HRM)/ Overview of human resources and HR
  • Transformation of HRM
  • Functions / Spectrum of HRM
  • Transactional HRM
  • Importance of HR planning
  • Emerging concepts and best practices of HRM
  • Performance Management
  • Employee Relations and its implication

Mr. Ishwar Kumar Karki and Mr. Amit Sharma/Mr. Bikash Acharya were the trainers of the program.
