Need of HR BudgetDate: Aug 04, 2014
The HR Kurakani program- 'Need of HR Budget' was organized on 30 July 2014 at FNCCI Secretariat, Training Hall, Teku, Kathmandu. The program was jointly organized by FNCCI-EC with the Real Solution (Human Resource Consulting).
Representatives from different organization who are working as a HR Officers and Managers participated in the program. The program went very interestingly among the experienced HR Managers and emerging HR Officers. It was clicked that the knowledge of financial subject apart from the other essential component of HR management is must to know by HR personnel.
