Interaction on Draft Labour Act 2071

Mr. Yagyaman Shakya, Deputy Director  of FNCCI-EC interacted with the members of  Federation of Bhaktapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) on draft Labour Act 2071 as a resource person and briefed them about the development achieved so far. The program was held on August 1, 2014 at the secretariat of BCCI. The participants were of the view that the proposed Labour Act must balance the interests of both the employers and workers for the overall industrial growth and development. The role of the government is extremely important for this.
