Disciplinary Action and Termination of Employment

One day fee based 'Disciplinary  Action and Termination of Employment training/workshop program is held on 13 March 2014 in FNCCI-EC Training Hall, Teku, Kathmandu. The training/workshop program was facilitated by Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Jha, Mr. Ramesh Badal (Resource Persons) and Mr. Yagyaman Shakya (Deputy Director of FNCCI-EC). Sixteen participants (including 4 female) from different enterprises / industries within and outside of the Kathmandu Valley participated in the training /workshop program. The objectives of the training / workshop were to familiarize the procedures that need to be followed in enforcing disciplinary action and the procedure for termination as provided in the existing Labour Act and Rules.
