HR Workshop "Promoting Industrial Peace through HR Practices; HR Managers' Perspective"

34 seniors, HR Manager/Officers, Admin Heads (including 7 female participants) from several respected companies in Nepal attended the program. Resource persons were Mr. Ishwar K. Karki, (Chief HR Officer, Kist Bank Ltd.) and Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Jha (Surya Nepal). Mr. Amit Sharma was a rapporteur of the workshop to document overall outcomes of the workshop.
