Interaction Program on Hiring & Termination in America

Employers' Council, FNCCI organized 2 hours interaction program on "Hiring & Termination in America" in FNCCI-EC, Training Hall on November 09, 2012. The objective of the program was to share the information in relation to 'Hiring & Termination Policies in America as well as the major laws and Enforcement Mechanisms. The program was attended by HR Managers and Admin Heads from various enterprises.  Mr, Kevin Bassney, currently working for the UN/ ILO Office, Nepal made presentations and provided a broad summary of Hiring and Termination policies within America as well as the major Laws and Enforcement Mechanisms.
