Negotiation Training follow up in 4 places between December 2011 and February 2012

Between December 2011 and February 2012 the Employers' Council conducted 4 follow up trainings on Negotiation Skills.

The training program was organized in 4 different places, 2 at FNCCI, Teku, Kathmandu, one at Makwanpur Chamber (Hetauda) and one at Pokhara Chamber. In each training program were 20 participants from different enterprises/industries.

The training program was organized as a follow up training for the trainees of our TOT program. The TOT trainees were facilitating the training as a co-facilitator. Mr. Bal Ram Chapagain was a lead trainer and Mr. Yam Bahadur Silwal, Mr. Bibek Manandhar (Makwanpur CCI), Ms. Bindu Koirala Subedi (Pokhara CCI), Mr. Sanu Raja Shilpakar (Lalitpur CCI), Mr. Dharma Raj Shakya (FHAN), and Mr. Rajan Dhoubhadel (Bhaktapur CCI) were co- trainers.
