SC issues an order confirming the withdrawl of the writ petition filed against the Minimum Wage Gazette notification by FNCCI

The Supreme Court has issued an order confirming the withdrawl of the writ petition filed against the minimum wage Gazette notification by FNCCI and some companies after the hearing held on Mangsir 29, 2068 (December 15, 2011). The effect is that the interim order stalling the implementation of the gazette notification has been nullified. The result is that the MW gazette notification is once again validated retrospectively.
