Writ petitions filed in the Supreme Court against the validity of notification of Minimum Wage in the Nepal Gazette

Some companies and FNCCI have separately filed writ petitions in the Supreme Court on June 20 and 21, 2011 (Asad 6 and 7, 2068) challenging the validity of the notification of minimum wage in the Nepal Gazette published on May 22, 2011. The hearing for the interim order is scheduled on June 28, 2011 (Asad 14, 2068).
