Workplace Cooperation Training 2nd Phase at Makawanpur Chamber of Commerce in Hetauda

From November February 21 until February 23, 2011 Mr. Ishwar Shrestha and Mr. Roman Awick conducted a workplace cooperation training for 40 participants at Makawanpur  Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hetauda. The topic of the workshop was how to set up internal workplace rules and a grievance procedure effectively. After the workshop the trainers visited different industries to talk with the management individually about how to set up internal workplace rules.
