Workplace Cooperation Training 2nd Phase at Pokhara Chamber

From November 1 until November 3, 2010 Mr. Ishwar Shrestha and Mr. Roman Awick conducted a workplace cooperation training for 40 participants at Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The topic of the workshop was how to set up internal workplace rules and a grievance procedure effectively. After the workshop the trainers visited different industries to talk with the management individually about how to set up internal workplace rules.
